Cancellation, withdrawal & refunds

This translation is provided for convenience. The German version is legally binding.

At a glance

  • You can cancel subscriptions at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
  • As a consumer you can withdraw from any purchase within 14 days without giving reasons and get the full amount back.
  • Purchases are processed by Link (Stripe). The payment appears on your statement as “LINK.COM*” followed by our name. Receipts and invoices are emailed by Link.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel in your customer account (under “Billing”), via link.com or with a short message to us. The licence stays active until the end of the paid period; after that the free plan applies. Until then you can undo the cancellation. We do not refund partial periods unless a right of withdrawal or a defect applies.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Cyrellian Studios, Cedric Schmitt, Gabelsbergerstraße 13, 63069 Offenbach am Main, Germany, studio@cyrellian.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email or a letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also declare your withdrawal to Link (support.link.com). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments made under this contract will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which notice of your withdrawal was received. The reimbursement uses the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Withdrawal ends the associated licence; the installation falls back to the free plan.

Refunds

Refunds always go back to the original means of payment and include the VAT paid. Depending on your bank, the credit takes a few business days. Link confirms every refund by email.

If a purchased product does not work as described, your statutory warranty rights apply: get in touch and we will fix the problem or refund the purchase price. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal; if something goes wrong, we are still happy to find a fair solution.
