01Digitize
A draft, not a black box.
“Generate draft” proposes a stitch type and direction for every region, with a confidence score. It all stays a proposal: undone in one step, every object editable on its own.
- Run, fill (tatami) and satin columns
- Stitch angle, entry and exit points, density right on the object
- Prepare artwork: size, cleanup, colour reduction, background removal
- Click into the artwork to create an object
- Lettering tool with straight and arc text
02Check
Check before you sew.
A density heatmap, pins right on the issue and a guard for too-small text show what wouldn't hold on fabric. The sewing simulator plays the file stitch by stitch.
- Density heatmap and issue pins
- Sewing simulator
- Optimised sewing order with a savings preview
- Garment and fabric presets with explanations
03Produce
Ready for the machine.
The produce screen bundles what comes after digitizing: proof and quote for the customer, a worksheet PDF, export to the machine's USB stick.
- “Make cap version” and several placements in one design
- Machine profiles and needle loadout
- Thread charts: match colours, flag the threads you own
- Open, edit and batch-convert stitch files
